12:20:55 Let's see. Here we go. Okay. 12:21:04 And just welcome back everybody to restorative reset. I'm Jen Baradi. 12:21:11 You 12:21:10 And just taking care and following any medical advice during wellness sessions. 12:21:21 Oh 12:21:25 You 12:21:25 And just know there's always support for you. Feel free to reach out to me before the practice or afterwards. 12:21:32 Or to the OZA community. To your local community networks and of course your loved ones. 12:21:39 Oh 12:21:43 And then on the resource page, I'll be sharing some information about what we'll be working on today, which is the inner resource. 12:21:50 You 12:21:49 I'm connecting to the source of unchanging ease and okayness. And there's also some webinars and training. 12:21:59 You Oh 12:22:00 So this is the inner resource tool that you can refer back to. Beyond our practice and let me know how that goes. 12:22:08 Here's another meditation with Richard Miller. Around the inner resource. And then there's a summit that starts today. 12:22:13 You 12:22:18 Oh 12:22:16 It's around parent parenting teens. So. Dr. Richard Miller, who's the founder and the main teacher of IRS Yoganidra, he'll be presenting during this summit. 12:22:24 You 12:22:29 You 12:22:26 And I was fine taking resources related to parenting also actually helps with teaching. These are some of the speakers here. 12:22:35 I'm gonna put the link in the chat. 12:22:44 So just in case. And it is on the OZI website, I believe, as well. 12:22:34 Oh Oh you You You 12:22:55 You 12:22:56 Most importantly, we really appreciate everybody creating the safe container for our sessions together and for yourself, for this community. 12:23:05 Thank you for that. 12:23:00 You You Oh 12:23:10 The You 12:23:12 And as always, if there's anything you want to share, feel free before we start the practice to share how your practice is going. 12:23:20 You 12:23:21 Is anybody online if you wanna share? 12:23:24 Oh 12:23:32 Oh 12:23:26 You can always email me as well. So anything arises, it's always very helpful. We're beginning this new month still filled with celebrations around gratitude. 12:23:36 Oh 12:23:36 Perhaps for loved ones and moon festivals. So last night was Halloween. Maybe many of you might have celebrated or received trick or treaters. 12:23:42 You you 12:23:50 You 12:23:45 And in the old Celtic tradition, it was believed that souls of the dead returned home. So with this inspiration, we'll be working with inner resource, this unchanging place of safety, security. 12:23:54 You 12:23:56 Okness and ease. And have a feeling of inner resource may feel like returning home. 12:24:08 Dr. Richard Miller reminds us that as you practice connecting to the inner resource over and over, we can feel the safety, security. 12:24:13 You you 12:24:16 And this refuge. It's been always here supporting us. Always in the background. Also, feeling from the inside. 12:24:25 And may be all around us. I might feel like visualization, which can be a great starting point. 12:24:32 Athletes use visualization to make a goal or basket. Performers visualize thinking or acting successfully. 12:24:29 You you you You you 12:24:42 Within a resource, we're actually tapping into the safe haven, this refuge, this oasis. 12:24:44 You 12:24:55 You 12:24:49 Connects us to this feeling of well-being. Maybe if calm or okayness or ease. We can access it at any given moment, especially. 12:25:00 When we want to tap into this tool. So using imagery. And it might take time to find an imagery that's just right. 12:25:08 And that brings us this felt sense of ease in the body. It might be imagery of a place. 12:25:17 You 12:25:14 Real or familiar, maybe imagined or in nature. It could be imagery of a loved one or for a friend. 12:25:22 Or maybe a symbol. Could be an activity or a hobby. That we enjoy. So what image, you know, most suits you and might bring you to this ease, you might. 12:25:36 You 12:25:35 Play around with that this week in the coming months. And for me, for a long time, it was the Bobali Garden in in Florence. 12:25:44 You 12:25:45 I'm using all my senses to remember that specific place would bring me to a place of ease and spaciousness. 12:25:51 So as you live in this image, like we do in meditation, you can use all the senses kind of creating a 40 living image of your inner resource. 12:26:01 Feeling in to each each thing like we do in meditation. So what do you hear or see? What might you smell or taste or touch? 12:26:12 And then during our Iris practice today. You can invite my words or let them fall away. Maybe being curious with what resonates for you today. 12:26:22 And maybe even beyond the practice. 12:26:27 You 12:26:25 And with the yoga Nedra IRS meditation, you'll be guided by my voice as always. 12:26:31 Okay The 12:26:31 Feeling free to come in to any comfortable position so you might even want to shift. I'm the position you're in at the moment if you want to lie down or lean against the wall. 12:26:40 You 12:26:40 You can even stand or move in one spot. And during the meditation all possibilities are welcome. You might fall asleep or fall deep in awareness. 12:26:46 You 12:26:52 You 12:26:58 You 12:26:51 Or stay completely alert and awake. So see what feels right for you. And if there's any discomfort at all, feel free to open the eyes or ground the feet, maybe find movement in the body. 12:27:04 You you 12:27:03 Just wanted to show you this pretty thing. This is This might be your inner resource. Maybe a place in nature. 12:27:11 Oh, you might even come on to a video or something like this as you. Start to tune in to discover what brings you to this place of ease. 12:27:20 Oh 12:27:22 So I'm gonna stop this music here. I might put that into the chat as well in case you want to come back to. 12:27:31 At some point. 12:27:36 And again, you can come back and contact me. Maybe if you find your inner resource, what brings you to this okayness? 12:27:42 I'm gonna stop the share here. 12:27:47 So maybe start to find your comfortable spot. 12:27:51 Starting to settle in. The invitation this week and until we meet again is to perhaps intentionally practice with imagery. 12:28:01 Finding one that resonates most using all the senses. Feeling into the inner resource with the body in any moment. 12:28:09 Whenever you feel the need to feel secure, safe, okay. 12:28:14 So let's complete our time now with IRS Integrated Restoration. 12:28:24 To start to settle in. 12:28:28 Whatever that looks like today. 12:28:35 Inviting the body to position itself in any way that brings the most ease and okayness in the body. 12:28:47 Maybe eyes gazing or opened or closed. 12:29:01 Maybe feeling free to let go a little bit more. 12:29:09 Trusting the spaces and surfaces supporting you. 12:29:20 If there's any residue of this morning or this day. 12:29:25 Maybe a imagining, laying it down. 12:29:30 Putting it away in a drawer. 12:29:38 Just recognising can return to it later, perhaps feeling more refreshed and ready. 12:29:51 Just take your time to allow the senses to.
