Dr. Jackie Eldridge is a renowned educator, speaker, and leadership consultant specializing in emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, and workplace transformation. At the heart of her work is a belief: when we elevate emotional intelligence, we unlock our ability to take action and drive lasting transformation—in workplaces, classrooms and communities.
Research Interests
Dr. Jackie Eldridge’s research explores trauma-informed education, ethics of care, and mindfulness, with a focus on emotional intelligence (EQ) as a catalyst for action and lasting transformation in classrooms, workplaces, and communities.
