What makes great university teaching, and who is responsible for ensuring its quality? In this episode, we welcome Abinaya Arungunanayagam, Dean of Boarding at The Bishop Strachan School and alumna of our Higher Education program, to explore the standards and expectations surrounding postsecondary teaching in Ontario. Drawing on her research, Abinaya discusses the importance of teaching quality, the challenges of maintaining high standards, and the question of who should take responsibility for improving undergraduate education.
